The Prasad International infrastructure is a pure reflection of the company's vision,mission and philosophy. Each of the five manufacturing facilities based near Ahmedabad and in Padra, have been built to satisfy the global customer's requirement of consistence, quality and availability.

Azo & High Performance Pigments
60 MT/Month
Operational since 1989, the Vatva production plant is spread across more than 5500 Yard and is engaged in the production of Azo pigments and High Performance pigments. It has production capacity of 60 M.T. per month

Phthalocyanine Pigments
150 MT/Month
Operational since 2008, the Padra production plant is spread across more than 5000 Yards and is engaged in the production of Phthalocyanine Pigments. It has production capacity of 150 M.T. per month
Unit - 3 Padra
Mono Pigments, Flush Pigments & Pigment Paste
100 MT/Month
Operational since 2012, the Padra production plant is spread across more than 4500 Yards and is engaged in the production of Mono Pigments, Flush Pigments & Pigment Paste. It has production capacity of 100 M.T. per month

Azo & High Performance Pigments
50 M.T. per Month
Operational since 2015, the Padra production plant is spread across more than 5500 Yards and is engaged in the production of : Azo & High Performance Pigments. It has production capacity of 50 M.T. per month
Packaging
We at Prasad International Pvt Ltd, take great care in the packaging of our pigments. we offer the international standard packaging for our products for better storage, safety and handling of the products in Std Packing of 20/25 Kgs HDPE/Paper Bags or as per customer packing request. These pigments colours are further packed in high quality export packing with palletization.
Packing’s are available in 20 and 25 kgs with desired packaging as below :
- Paper bag / HDPE bag (Double liner Inside)
- Jumbo bag
- Bags are marked and labelled as per the details given by the client.
- All packing is palletized on wooden pallet with shrink wrapping & straps.
- All pallet used in packing are of high-quality Pine wood with certified fumigation & as per client requirements.
Note: All type of packing incurs additional charges except the standard packaging.
